Ellis is a 25 year old personal trainer based in Bristol, UK, who’s mission is to help women evolve and grow through training, both physically and mentally.

Ellis specialises in weight training amongst women who want to change their aesthetics and get strong while eliminating common misconceptions with female weight training.

Having had a serious interest in fitness and weight training from a young age Ellis completed L2 and 3 courses in personal training before quitting her full time job as gym manager of a chain gym to become an owner of one of the south west’s best training facilities.

Ellis has experience of competitive powerlifting as well as female aesthetic competitors and has found these principles are paramount to many gym users goals, whatever their level.

Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain or just to feel better, i work with clients to ensure they reach their goal in the most effective and enjoyable way possible.

I'm a firm believer in exercise playing a major part in physical and mental wellbeing so i make sure my clients work hard but have plenty of fun doing it.
