While studying for my degree in PE and Sport at Liverpool John Moores University, I played semi-professional rugby in the National Leagues. After my studies I embarked on a 8 year professional career with Newcastle Falcons and Bristol Rugby. While playing I have developed my passion for strength and conditioning and qualified as a personal trainer and currently studying to gain Strength and Conditioning qualifications including becoming UKSCA accredited. Along have supported and coached my brother Eddie (strongman) in his dream to become World’s Strongest man.

During the 16/17 season I sustained a knee injury which requires a reconstruction; therefore I’m having a break from playing. While rehabbing my knee I wish to work with athletes of all levels realise their potential and be the best athlete they can be.

I am a RFU Level 3 Rugby Coach and I am forwards coach for Ding Crusaders and UWE Bristol.
